Can we meet in person?
Absolutely; I like to work flexibly and understand that sometimes, you just can’t beat meeting face-to-face. I am based in Bristol in the UK, and am happy to travel.
What if I have a task not listed on your website?
Contact me – it’s likely something that I will be able to help with but if not, I can put you in touch with someone who can.
How do you track time?
I use a system called Toggl to track time to the nearest minute, meaning you will only pay for the time you use.
What happens if I need more time?
Not a problem, I will invoice you for additional time required.
How do I know that my data is secure?
I take the protection of your data very seriously – I am ICO registered and I will always ensure a Data Protection Agreement is in place. I store passwords in LastPass and use two factor authentication.
How should I communicate with you?
I am open to ways that work for you – email, phone call, Microsoft Teams, Zoom; this is something we can discuss during your consultation.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 06:00pm.
When can we start?
As soon as you’d like! After an initial free consultation where we discuss the support you need, we can agree on a suitable package, get a few documents signed and then we are good to go!
